LumaPlay collects information you provide directly (email address, name, password), information we collect automatically (IP address, device type, browser, session duration, game titles played, credit usage), and information from third-party sign-ins (Steam, Epic, GOG, Ubisoft, EA).

We use your information to provide and improve the LumaPlay platform, process credit purchases and gameplay billing, send transactional emails (receipts, password reset), detect fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers (Stripe for payments, cloud infrastructure providers), when required by law, or with your explicit consent.
