1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the LumaPlay platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must be 13 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@lumaplay.online.
3. Credits and billing
Credits are purchased via one-time payments. All purchases are final; unused credits do not expire. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Credit deduction rates are published at lumaplay.online/credits. Rates may change with 30 days notice.
4. Acceptable use
You may not: share your account credentials, use automation to consume credits, attempt to reverse-engineer the streaming infrastructure, or use the platform to infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Service availability
LumaPlay targets 99.5% monthly uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
6. Intellectual property
LumaPlay and its logo are trademarks of LumaPlay, Inc. Game titles and assets are owned by their respective publishers. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in game IP beyond the right to stream via LumaPlay.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via dashboard settings.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
