Digital delivery
LumaPlay is a 100% digital cloud gaming platform. There are no physical products shipped. All purchases — credit packs — are delivered instantly and electronically to your LumaPlay account.
Credit delivery timeline
Credits are credited to your account within seconds of a successful payment confirmation. If your balance does not update within 5 minutes of payment, contact support@lumaplay.online with your transaction ID.
Service access
Access to the LumaPlay game catalog is provided immediately upon account creation. Some titles may have regional availability restrictions based on publisher licensing agreements.
Gift cards / third-party codes
If LumaPlay offers gift cards or top-up codes through third-party retailers, delivery is subject to the retailer's own delivery policy. Digital codes are typically emailed within 24 hours of purchase.
