Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credit purchases
All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased credits, contact us within 7 days at support@lumaplay.online with your transaction ID.
Duplicate charges
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processor error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge within 5–7 business days.
Service outages
If a game session is interrupted due to a confirmed infrastructure failure on our side, we will credit your account with the credits consumed during the affected period.
Account closure
Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining unused credit balance is forfeited and is not eligible for a cash refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@lumaplay.online with subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address, transaction ID, and description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
